To build a platform for international academic exchange in rehabilitation, promote the deep integration of advanced rehabilitation techniques with local clinical practice, and help domestic rehabilitation therapists break through technical barriers and elevate clinical diagnosis and treatment standards, the 2026 DNS International Forum & Clinical Rehabilitation New Book Launch Event — co-hosted by the Physical Therapy Branch of Zhengzhou Rehabilitation Medicine Association and Jianheng Academy, and co-organized by Kangzhiliao — will be broadcast live as a free public webinar on July 8, 2026.
Centered on the core theme "Rebuild Stability, Advance Together in Rehabilitation", this forum focuses on cutting-edge concepts and clinical translation of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). Headlined by internationally certified DNS instructors and senior industry experts from Taiwan, Australia and other regions, it brings together leading frontline specialists and scholars in rehabilitation worldwide to build a high-value, highly practical professional exchange platform. The entire forum is open to the public free of charge. It aims to break down geographical and resource barriers in rehabilitation practices, allow every rehabilitation practitioner to align with the latest international concepts, and expand clinical assessment and treatment frameworks.

II. Technical Origin: The Core Value of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) originates from the Prague School in the Czech Republic. It is a functional rehabilitation system based on developmental kinesiology and neurophysiological principles, developed by the world-renowned rehabilitation expert Professor Pavel Kolar, and is known as "the gold standard of modern functional rehabilitation".
The core logic of DNS is to return to the innate movement patterns of early human infancy. Movements such as supine positioning, rolling over, and crawling demonstrated by healthy infants during development embody the body’s optimal neuromuscular stabilization mechanisms.
Poor posture, sports injuries and long-term compensatory patterns cause adults to gradually lose this innate efficient stabilization capacity, resulting in pain, movement dysbalance and dysfunction. By replicating these developmental postures and movement patterns, DNS helps rebuild the body’s dynamic stabilization chains and resolve issues at their root cause.

Unlike traditional rehabilitation techniques, DNS does not focus solely on managing local pain. Instead, it treats the human body as an integrated whole. By optimizing intra-abdominal pressure stability, correcting joint centration, and strengthening limb support, it achieves full-chain rehabilitation spanning breathing patterns, core control, muscle activation and force transmission. Widely applied in clinical settings including musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, respiratory dysfunction and neurological rehabilitation, DNS serves as a core technique for modern rehabilitation therapists to break through clinical bottlenecks and enhance treatment outcomes.
III. Milestone Publication: Official Launch of the Chinese Edition of Clinical Rehabilitation
A major highlight of this forum is the official launch of the Chinese edition of Clinical Rehabilitation, the first authoritative book in China to systematically present the complete DNS framework.
This book is chief-edited by Professor Pavel Kolar, the founder of DNS. It embodies decades of academic accumulation of the Czech Prague School and the essence of global clinical practice, serving as a definitive work covering both DNS theory and practical application.
It has been translated by leading rehabilitation experts including Zhu Yi, Wu Junying and Liao Linrong. The translation team consists of frontline practitioners from hospitals, universities, rehabilitation centres and other institutions, ensuring the content aligns accurately with domestic clinical settings, so that readers can easily understand, learn and apply the techniques.
IV. Embark on a New Journey in Rehabilitation, Open a New Chapter for Academic Exchange
This forum enables in-depth exchanges of international rehabilitation concepts and marks an important step for China’s rehabilitation industry toward standardization, specialization and internationalization.
Guided by our core mission "Rebuild Stability, Advance Together in Rehabilitation", we aim to take this event as an opportunity to build a communication bridge between global and domestic rehabilitation practitioners, facilitate the localized application of cutting-edge techniques, and support the high-quality development of the domestic rehabilitation sector.
This free public live webinar will be held from 14:00 to 19:00 on July 8, 2026, via the official platform XiaoeTong.
All rehabilitation practitioners, sports medicine professionals, university teachers and students are welcome to reserve a spot and watch the live broadcast. Let us explore the clinical value of DNS techniques together and witness the official launch of this landmark publication.
