On May 17 in Zhengzhou, a grand event focused on spinal health and rehabilitation techniques came to a successful conclusion.

I. SPS Spiral Stabilization Muscle Chain
World-renowned Rehabilitation Technique
SPS (Spiral Stabilization) Spiral Stabilization Muscle Chain Technique is an efficient and simple functional spinal stabilization and movement system developed by Dr. Richard Smíšek of the Czech Republic based on 40 years of clinical treatment experience.

II. Four-Day Intensive Training
Full Mastery: From Theory to Hands-On Practice
This course was taught personally by Lu Jinjin, an official Level 1 SPS instructor from the Czech Republic. Covering a full spectrum of knowledge from theoretical foundations to clinical hands-on practice, the training enabled participants to systematically grasp the core essence of the SPS Spiral Stabilization Muscle Chain Technique.
Day 1: Theoretical Foundations and Muscle Chain Anatomy
On the first day, Instructor Lu Jinjin delivered an in-depth lecture on the core theories of the SPS technique, including the principles of spiral stabilization muscle chains, muscle chain anatomy, and the fundamental conditions for muscle chain formation. Participants systematically studied the four spiral chains of the human body and their vital roles in maintaining spinal stability.

Day 2: Functional Assessment of Muscle Chains
Day 2’s training focused on functional assessment of muscle chains. Instructor Lu Jinjin explained in detail how to perform muscle chain functional assessments and screen for dysfunction, and how to improve muscle chain function through targeted movement.

Day 3: Exercise Protocols and Manual Techniques
Day 3’s training centered on exercise protocols. Instructor Lu Jinjin personally demonstrated the foundational SPS exercises and provided one-on-one corrections for participants’ movement patterns. In addition, 4 shoulder girdle manual techniques and 5 pelvic girdle manual techniques were taught, which deliver immediate relief for neck, shoulder, back and leg pain.

Day 4: Clinical Application and Case Analysis
On the final day of the course, Instructor Lu Jinjin shared a wealth of clinical cases and elaborated on the application of the SPS technique in treating scoliosis, intervertebral disc herniation, chronic back pain, and correcting postural abnormalities. Participants had in-depth discussions with the instructor based on their own clinical experience.

III. Wide Application Fields of the SPS Technique
Upon completing the SPS Level 1 course, participants are able to apply this technique across a wide range of fields:

IV. Participant Feedback
Unlock New Skills, Reach a New Level of Rehabilitation
The course received unanimous praise from all participants. Many stated that they had gained tremendous value, acquiring not only practical rehabilitation techniques but also gaining a brand-new understanding of rehabilitation concepts.
"I have worked in rehabilitation for many years and have long been searching for a method to resolve spinal issues at their root cause. The SPS technique has given me the answer! By activating the spiral muscle chains and restoring overall muscular balance, we follow the true path of rehabilitation!""When I previously taught yoga, I focused heavily on external postures while neglecting the activation of deep intrinsic muscles. After learning the SPS technique, I now understand what authentic core stability truly means. I will integrate this knowledge into my future yoga classes!""As a rehabilitation physician, I have consistently followed cutting-edge international rehabilitation techniques. The SPS technique is truly impressive, offering a brand-new approach and mindset for treating spinal disorders. Thank you Jianheng Academy for bringing this exceptional technique to China!"

V. Conclusion
Spinal Health Starts with SPS
Though the four-day course was brief, the impact of the SPS technique on participants has been profound. As a proven, mature method validated by more than 40 years of clinical practice, the SPS Spiral Stabilization Muscle Chain Technique is transforming how people understand spinal health.

Participants Receive Internationally Certified Certificates
"When a system needs to combine stability and flexibility, nature solves the problem through spiral patterns." This quote perfectly interprets the core philosophy of the SPS technique.
In the field of spinal health, the SPS technique is undoubtedly a powerful transformative force, helping more people restore spinal health and postural balance.
